Dried flowers are extremely delicate. Despite careful and secure packing, minor breakage of the box or flowers may occur during transportation.
No return or refund will be provided for minor transit breakage when the flowers remain intact and usable for their intended purpose.
We do our best in packing these boxes safely but you know how the courier handles the packages.
We request customers to understand the delicate nature of this product before placing an order. Every box is checked and packed carefully before dispatch.
